As a part of the annual AMGH Operational Excellence initiatives, Mr. Talal Anwar Al Mulla, C.E.O. of Al Mulla Group, presented the Best Project Award – 2019 to Mr. Vinod Kumar, Manager – Field Service (Service Department) of Al Mulla Office Automation Solutions, at an event held yesterday at the Group’s Head Office in Kuwait. The event was attended by the senior management team of the Group.

The award winning project resulted in improvement of operation excellence in the area of Customer Service Delivery through increased efficiency of Service Engineer and Service Call Quality.
