AL MULLA OAS CONDUCTS TRAINING WORKSHOP ON YSOFT SAFEQ 5 FOR ITS KONICA MINOLTA SALES & SERVICE TEAM

Al Mulla Office Automation Solutions (OAS) held “Ysoft SafeQ 5 Training Workshop” in Kuwait for the company’s Konika Minolta Sales Team and Service Engineers on Thursday, 12th July 2018.

The workshop was conducted by Ashish Immanuel, Regional Sales Manager, YSoft Middle East, and covered various topics including an introduction of YSoft, SafeQ features, Print Management Concept, initiating customer discussions and benefits to the end-user. As a part of the Sales Foundation training, Ashish Immanuel spoke also about the Workflow Management (SafeQ Scan Feature) and licensing. Abdelrahim Hanoun, Technical Consultant, YSoft Corporation, answered the participants’ queries during the Question & Answer (Q&A) session.

The training was attended by Khalid Ismail, Mostafa Sarhan, Chadi Saab, Mohamed Adel Mohamed Abdo, Syed Naveed, Tamer Salama, Zahid Hussain, Mohamad Khalil, Anjum Zameer, Sherif Mohamed, Marlou Urbano Solis, Michael Milad Saad Bishara, Lavina Fernandes and Amitav Samazder.
