Retail Trade Sales Manager – Office Automation Solutions

Our Office Automation Solutions division are Distributors in Kuwait for Konica Minolta, Sharp, Oki, and several other International Brands. Currently we sell our Products directly to consumers. We believe that there is a substantial opportunity for increasing our Sales when we place the equipment with Electronic Stores, IT Equipment Suppliers and other shops in local areas. The Incumbent’s responsibility would be to get our Products placed with Hyper Markets/ Supermarkets, Specialty Equipment Stores and local shops in various areas, manage the Sales from these outlets in close association with the respective Stores/ Shops, collect our payments in time, and maximize the revenue generation from each product of each Principal.

The incumbent should be a dynamic go-getter wanting to make an impact through performance, and should be an MBA with at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar line of business as Assistant Manager or Sales Supervisor. Arabic speaking is a must. The incumbent has to be conversant with Oracle systems as a user, and must demonstrate strategic thinking to make the business a win win for the Store, the Principal and for ourselves.
